The maximum duration for loans is 4 weeks.
Note- The equipment loan store will close from Tuesday 16th December 2025- Monday 12th January 2026 for the festive closure period.

Please note that from the 20th August 2025, the EASE login system that users currently use for logging into Siso with, will be replaced with a Microsoft single sign-on system. The Microsoft login screen is the same as you
see if logging into Microsoft 365 directly. In addition you may be asked
to authenticate with MFA using your Authenticator app or hardware token in the
same way as when you access Microsoft 365 applications within the University
such as your email.
